Once again, Hindus in Bangladesh are facing brutal attacks at the hands of Islamist radicals. This time, the target was the Hindu dormitory of Dhaka College on August 17. The extremists ransacked the Western Dormitory, demolished Hindu temple idols, and looted valuables belonging to Hindu students. And what did the so-called "Interim Government" do? Absolutely nothing.

Islamist Terror, Government Silence

For decades, Hindus in Bangladesh have been treated as second-class citizens. But in recent months, the situation has spiraled out of control. Extremists roam free, attacking minorities, desecrating temples, and stealing from innocent students—all while the authorities stand by like useless puppets. This isn't just one isolated incident. There is a pattern. Every year, during Durga Puja, during elections, or whenever radicals feel like it, Hindus become their easy targets. And every time, the government either dismisses these attacks as "rumors" or pretends that nothing serious happened.

Loot, Kill, Destroy—The Islamist Agenda

The attack on Dhaka College's Hindu dormitory is just another shameful example of how religious intolerance is deeply ingrained in Bangladesh’s radical Islamist factions. The radicals didn’t just break idols—they sent a message:

"You are not welcome here."

This isn't just vandalism; this is an open act of terror. When you break idols, you are attacking faith. When you steal from Hindu students, you are attacking their future. And when the government does nothing, it is complicit in the crime.

Where is the World’s Outrage?

If this had happened in any other country, there would be global condemnation. But because the victims are Hindus in a Muslim-majority nation, the world conveniently looks the other way. The so-called “secular” activists who cry about minority rights everywhere else are suspiciously silent when Hindus are under attack. Where is the UN? Where is Amnesty International? Where are all the "human rights" champions? Nowhere.

The Bitter Truth The truth is simple:

Hindus are being ethnically cleansed in Bangladesh—slowly, steadily, and systematically. If this continues, Bangladesh will soon become what Pakistan already is: a country where Hindus are either forced to convert, flee, or die.

And the worst part? Nobody cares.

The Bangladeshi Interim Government, led by Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus, has proven to be just as useless as its predecessors when it comes to protecting minorities. If this is the “democracy” they boast about, then it’s nothing but a sham.

Wake Up, Speak Up! This is a call to action for Hindus around the world: Wake up. Speak up. Fight back. International organizations must hold Bangladesh accountable. India must raise this issue on every global platform. Hindus in Bangladesh must be given special protection laws. Enough is enough. If we keep silent, the only thing left of Bangladesh’s Hindus will be memories.
